Yes! Traditionally Cajun style seafood is served with an abundance of seasoning including Cayenne. Should your party require less spice, please let us know before or on site before the cooking starts! 

No need to worry! Once our team member serves the Crawfish they will provide instruction should anyone need it.

It is our main objective to provide the least amount of stress possible for our customers. All we need from a customer is access to water from a garden hose. All setup and clean up will be done by us so you can enjoy the experience with friends and family. 

In the rare case there are leftovers, we will box up the remaining food for you.

A general rule is 2 lbs of Crawfish per person. However, if there are guests that love Crawfish they will eat a lot more!

Crawfish season usually begins in January and goes until mid June. On occasions it can begin in December and end in July depending on the individual farms in Louisiana where we source live Crawfish. 

Yes! When Crawfish arent in season we can also boil shrimp, crab legs, blue crab, lobster etc. These options will soon be added to the website.

We find they do not. However, we recommend continuing the party after we leave and peel all the tails from Crawfish and refrigerate. We love ours in omelettes!

We most likely already have a boil booked at that time. However, it usually takes us only an hour to clean and pack up. Always feel free to contact us to ask at 813-401-2121. We may be able to fit in your event depending on distance to our current location.
