Owners Joe and Barbara met in New Orleans in 2007 and fell in love with not only each other, but the cuisine. Specifically Crawfish! They enjoyed not just the amazing flavor, but the entire process of boiling and the party involved. The music, spirits and cooking always led to a fun experience.
